Emily was an absolute joy to work with!

Within hours of our first meeting, she provided me with a list of contractors to make some much-needed repairs, then brought in her photographer ( at no additional expense), who took the most incredible photos. I also benefited from Harry Norman's extensive marketing, and because they promoted my unit heavily, I had showings scheduled almost immediately. When my first buyer fell through, Emily miraculously secured a cash buyer within 24 hours!! She and the team at HN simplified the final sale process, and in the end, I walked away from closing with 15% above the asking rate for similar units in my neighborhood. I could not be happier! Please do not hesitate to use Emily for all your real estate needs; she is an absolute rockstar!

"THE Diamond did it again, this was our second real estate transaction working with Emily. This time, she represented us as a sellers agent and did a fantastic job. In approximately 24 hours of our listing going live, we had our first showing with a full price offer! There were several challenges and road blocks from the buyers side along the way but Emily would be creative and think outside the box to overcome any hurdles.
